Location: This special place is located in the heart of Stanley inside the 750,000-acre Sawtooth National Forest Recreation Area. The restaurants and stores in the community of Stanley are within walking distance, and recreational activities, including the Stanley to Redfish Trail, fishing and white water rafting on the Salmon River, Redfish Lake, hiking and biking trails, horseback riding, and ATV riding, are all nearby.

Beds: One queen-sized bed and one queen-sized pull-out sofa.
Bedrooms: This cozy suite features a queen-sized bed and a queen-sized pull-out sofa in an open-concept layout. Please note that there is no private bedroom, as the bed is located within the suite.
Bathrooms: Full bathroom featuring a tiled shower and a soaking tub.
Amenities: The suite includes heating from a propane stove and electric wall heaters, plus air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and crockpot. Enjoy the deck with a propane BBQ and stunning river views. There’s also a washer and dryer, leather couch, hardwood floors, Corian countertops, solar shades on the windows, and a TV with YouTube TV provided for entertainment.
FAQs & Policies
Rental Season & Reservations: We begin taking 5-night+ reservations for the following year’s season on November 1st. 3-night+ reservations are accepted after April 15th. Stays less than 3 nights are not accepted.
Check-in/ Check-out: Check-in starts at 3 pm, but you’re welcome to arrive any time after that as we offer self check-in. Check-out is 11 am. The “Welcome Book” will have specific instructions for what to do prior to your departure.
Pets: You’re welcome to bring one dog. As a courtesy to our wonderful neighbors, please ensure your dog isn't bothering neighboring properties. Guests will be responsible for any damage associated with pets (i.e. scratched doors, pushed-out screens, scratched furniture). Guests agree to remove all pet waste from the property.
Loft: The loft is not intended for guest use, and there is no bed in loft. For safety reasons, we do not recommend it for children.
Acknowledgment of Risks: River Use: Guest acknowledges that the property is located near a river, which may have strong currents, rapidly changing water levels, cold temperatures, and slippery banks. There is no barrier or fence between the home and the river. Swimming, wading, or other activities in or near the river involve inherent risks, including but not limited to drowning, hypothermia, and injury from submerged objects. Guest assumes all risks associated with the river and is solely responsible for supervising children and non-swimmers at all times. Guest expressly waives all claims against Owner, Sawtooth Vista Rentals, LLC, and any independent contractor acting on behalf of the property, arising from the use of or proximity to the river.
Smoking/Recreational Fires: Please no smoking inside or outside the home. With extremely dry forests and a yearly fire season, we ask you don't smoke anywhere on the property. For the same reason, there are no campfires, portable fire rings, or other forms of recreational fires, except for propane fire. No fireworks are allowed on the premises (or deck area).
Recreational Vehicles: No trailers, campers, RVs, or motorhomes may be parked on the property, and no tents may be used on the property.
What to Bring: You’ll find all the essentials and cooking basics in the home. This includes towels, bed sheets, blankets, pillows, soap, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, pots, and pans, one roll of paper towels, dishes, flatware, drip coffee pot and filters, a toaster, dish soap, sponge, and garbage bags. We do not provide hairdryers, irons, ironing boards, or a Pak-n-Plays.
Events/Property Use: This home cannot be used as an event location or gathering place for people in excess of the maximum guest count. We ask that you respectfully share the home only with those on the reservation and adhere to quiet hours while on the property, particularly on the deck.
